I have made Decatur, Georgia my home since 2005 with my husband and our two dogs. In 2010, we were excited to have our daughter join us. I moved to Atlanta in 2004 from Gainesville, Florida where I earned my Master of Advertising from the University of Florida. Prior to that, I studied at Florida State University in Tallahassee, Florida receiving a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations and Minors in Graphic Design and Business.
After completing my education I began to pursue a career in Marketing but recently began to miss the creative use of my brain in Graphic Design. In order to brush up on the Graphic Design skills I had gained in college (since technology changes so quickly!) I took classes to receive a certificate in Graphic Design for Print from Emory University. In this program we focused on the use of Adobe applications such as InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator. Now, I’m able to combine my skills of Graphic Design with those I have in Marketing and Advertising.
